Some <inline-formula><graphic file="1687-1847-2011-437842-i3.gif"/></inline-formula>-stability criteria are derived by using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method. Those criteria are expressed in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and they can easily be checked.
