THE APPLICATION OF COLLOIDAL SILICA FOR COMPLEX DECISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES

In the present article, we report the experimental studies on demetallisation of liquid foods using the colloidal silica. The obtained data allowed us to optimize the process parameters governing the removal efficiency of heavy metals which adversely affect the quality and stability of wine.
