A methodology for the qualitative and quantitative assessment of the investment strategy for the development of an enterprise has been developed by analyzing the Cobb-Douglas production function. In the paper, when solving specific problems, general economic methods of analysis, probabilistic and statistical methods, the method of expert assessments, and methods of system and comparative analysis were used.
