The formation process and training for the cooperative sector in Cuba, today you had a significant importance keeping in mind the creation of new companies in different sectors of the economy, in which an experience consolidated about essence partner didn't exist -economic of the cooperative, values, principles and administration form in general. The cooperative companies are inserted in a territorial environment that requires of the socialization of knowledge and knowledge it has more than enough non alone cooperative focused to the internal operation of the cooperative company, but also to the integration to the local development.
