The factors which predetermine asocial practices distribution from the state in a material stimulation of the labour activity are founded out and exposed in the article. Their displays at the labour payment process regulation and at realization of the employer functions from the state are analysed. The directions of their overcoming are grounded.<br>В статье выявлены и раскрыты факторы, обусловливающие распространение государством асоциальных практик в сфере материального стимулирования трудовой деятельности. Проанализированы их проявления в процессе регулирования оплаты труда и при осуществлении государством функций работодателя. Обоснованы направления их преодоления.
