The hypothesis herein postulated is that these features represent significant values, but are not used efficiently, from the point of view of environmental investment and water resources. Therefore, it is necessary investment in environmental information and education, especially for communities of raisers municipalities, as well as the refinement of control mechanisms by the population and external oversight bodies of their loved raisers, as the Audit Courts of States and the Union. |
