Ultrasound plays a key role in the diagnostic algorithm as it is a widely used, does not carry radiation exposure, does not require a lot of time and economic costs. The use of contrast agents can improve the sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound. Development and introduction in medicine the new domestic contrast agents requires their preliminary studies in an experimental model.
