Description
Summary:Strength is to recognize today that innovate has become a determinant of competitiveness for business. However, systematic innovation roll-out remains complex as well as innovation performance assessment (efficacy, efficiency, relevance, and effectivity) and the improvement path chosen. Innovation, therefore, covers a process and its result. This article aims to identify the challenges of performance evaluation in the field of innovation, to present and compare three main models, namely: “Innovationassessment” model; “Potential of Innovation Index” (PII) approach; The “Product Innovation Management” scorecard. Also, we propose some hints for generic solutions to significantly increase the innovation capacity of a firm.
