This article describes the initial actions developed in the extension project “Consultancy in School Psychology: intervention proposal in school complaints”, linked to a University of the interior of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The actions included the identification of the complaints in the schools of the city and the development of intervention actions planned from the identified demands, such as groups with students and teachers. In addition, through a report with the identified school complaints, future interventions could be proposed within the Municipal Education Department team. Extension actions provided a new look at school experiences as complaints could be understood beyond the individual treatment and family interventions already performed by the School Psychology team in the city. From the practices developed, the actions of the extension project started to compose an alternative for the referrals made by the School Psychology team of the Municipal Education Department.https://seer.imed.edu.br/index.php/revistapsico/article/view/3016Psicologia educacionalEscolaProfessores escolaresEstudantes |
