Thus, we will seek to understand the contribution of civil society within the Guinean politics and relations between civil society andthe state. The state in Guinea-Bissau lies on the global scene from a particular configuration that combines three levels, which are: the relationship between the State, NGOs and community associations, driven by projects financed by international development agencies.
