Description
Summary:The events of the year 2001 marked the end of a long period which began with the end of the privileged alliance with Great Britain. There are five fundamental questions to understand Argentina after the crisis and its future international rehabilitation: its marginality in relation to the priorities of the large international powers, its international credibility, the reconstruction of an elementary consensus over the conditions which permit an efficient rehabilitation in the real world, the possibilities opened to the country by globalisation and the organisation of large spaces, and finally the quality of the strategic alliance with Brazil and the Mercosur.
