The integration of Europeans expatriates in Madrid

<p>In the following research note the impat´s adjustment and integration together with the main factors that contribute to their adjustment are analyzed: not only sociodemographic factors play an important role, but also the language and the character. Moreover, there is a significant change in the expat traditional profile, who become less popular in favor of global nomads: group of younger expats who take consecutively assignments abroad. With this purpose, a revision of bibliography, interviews, observations and a survey have been carried out. Analyzed countries are: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal.</p>
