To gather the data, the validated questionnaires were used and weighted mean and Pearson r or Product-Moment Correlation were used to interpret the data. Weighted mean was used to determine the level of leadership skills of administrators and Pearson r was used to determine the correlation between leadership skill and work engagement of employees.
