Summary:It can be said that the global conditions of today's world do not allow countries to be unaware of each other or remain in different to each other. Countries are aware of the policies applied to the field in different social, economic, educational, etc and they can have an idea about the contribution of these policies to the countries and their direction to be developed through the evaluators made by national international organizations. Education is one of the areas in which countries have developed policies to increase the level of welfare and safeguard of their future. There are educational systems that countries implement in the direction of education policies. The education systems of the countries are one of the unknown issues that is worth knowing about other countries. Finland is one of the countries that can be taken as model in terms of the practices in Education System. For this purpose, it is aimed to analyzed Finnish education system and develop suggestions for the Turkish education system. By way of the Finnish education system, it is hoped to contribute to the development of successful education policies and practices that will adapt to the cultural, social and economic structure of Turkey.
