Summary:The paper presents seasonal succession of mezozooplankton in the waters of Pomeranian Bay. The research was carried out along the sea-shore from Świnoujście to Mrzeżyna in the years of 2001–2003 in particular seasons of the year. Seasonal and quantitative diversification o zooplankton was also depicted by means of biocenotic indices. It has been proven that the fresh waters in the area of Świnoujście and Dzwinowo were characterized by the highest concentration of zooplankton.
