The method of collecting data was a researcher made questionnaire. The validity of questions was affimed by supervisor and advisory professors and seven preschool educators and specialist managers. The reliability coefficient was O.q2.A pre – test and a post – test was conducted. The instruction was implemented through instruments manufactured by experiential entertainment company for learning pre – mathematical concepts which included: measurement cylinders, ring pyramid, set of classified features, stacked dice, scale and lego. The major question of the study was that whether educational toys have effect on learning of pre – mathematical concepts. To pre – test and post – test indicated that there is meaningful difference between learning of these concepts in pre – test and post – test. The situation of students that learned with toys , has become better.
