Description
Summary:Post transplant lymphoproliferative disorders (PTLD) are a heterogeneous group of lymphoid proliferation that ranges from polyclonal hyperplasia to monoclonal malignant lym-phoma. We report a 13-year-old boy who was diagnosed with PTLD in February 2007 after 3 1/2 years of deceased renal transplantation. We treated him with an adapted ACVBP (doxorubicin, cyclo-phosphamide, vincristine, bleomycin and prednisone) regimen. He responded well to the chemo-therapy without deterioration of graft function.
