Summary: | In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of gender, marital status and branch variables on teachers' organizational commitment. For this purpose, a meta-analysis study has been carried out with respect to organizational commitment in Turkey. In this context, similar studies are grouped within certain criteria and quantitative findings belonging to these studies are combined and interpreted. The study group consisted of 28 thesis and articles. However, since the same variables were not used in all studies, the number of studies including meta-analysis for gender, marital status, and branch variables varied. As a result of the research; the emotional commitment of the organizational commitment of the gender, the continuing commitment and the normative commitment dimensions of the male teachers are more emotional than the female teachers. For marital status change, single teachers have more emotional attachment to emotional attachment, continuity and normative attachment than married teachers. For the branch change, the class teachers live more emotional attachment than the branch teachers in emotional attachment, continuity and normative attachment dimensions. |
