| Summary: | <p>The paper describes in detail the method of application of the factor model and to identify reserves increased efficiency of fixed assets. Also in the article the analysis of the samples and to obtain reference values. Comparison of results of analysis of the organization with a series of reference values reveals the potential for growth and provide specific recommendations to improve performance.<strong></strong></p><p>The study will receive a 7-factor regression equation for the full sample, as well as similar equations for small, medium and large agricultural organizations.
