Maintaining the continuity of SMEs has a tough challenge in an era of fierce competition. The right leadership style, long life cycle organization, employees who are competent, and become a learning organization on the main issues in the sustainability of SMEs. This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership style, the life cycle of the organization, competence, and learning organization to SMEs sustainability clusters in Cirebon batik. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. Quota sampling were used for sampling and there were 88 respondents. The results showed that the style of leadership and a significant positive effect on the life cycle of the organization, competence and learning organization. Competence positively and significantly influenced by the life cycle of the organization and learning organization. Sustainability of SMEs positively and significantly influenced by the competence and learning organizations, but not by the life cycle of an organization. This suggests that the sustainability of SMEs cluster in Cirebon batik is influenced by the competence of employees and also the implementation of a learning organization.
