A 69-year-old male patient presented with a nasal vestibular mass that had been initially diagnosed as a benign neoplasm. He underwent surgical resection of the tumor including the right ala tissue and the final diagnosis was T1 lesion of SCCNV. We herein discuss the diagnosis and therapeutic modalities of SCCNV. Although previous reports recommend radiotherapy for early stage SCCNV, we instead recommend complete resection followed by reconstructive surgery as an optimal treatment to overcome possible recurrence and delayed complication after radiotherapy.
