| Summary: | The intent of this article is to point out aspects of brazilian broadcasting - radio and television - by means of legislation, with the intent to reinforce the understanding about the influence of this means of casting on the political events, known afterwards as part of History. The use of broadcasting as force instance in different governments is problematized – from Getúlio Vargas until João Goulart governments. The article tries to show the political usage of broadcasting, pointing out how the visibility changes the politics relations in power instances. |
