Urine samples were collected from cattle that showed several lesions following their slaughter. Forty two bacterial isolates were found with a percent of isolation of 84% Escherichia coli constituted 42% of the isolates, followed by Actinobacter lwoffii and Aeromonas hydrophila (12% for each), Arcanobacterium pyogenes and Klebsiella pneumoniae (6% for each), and Lactobacillus spp. (2%). Results of the sensitivity test showed that the isolated bacteria were sensitive to chloramphenicol and highly resistance to penicillin G. The isolates showed variable sensitivity to the other antibiotics.https://vetmedmosul.com/article_46985_85b8244ef6e4f6310482db071dbe7668.pdf
