Anxiety score was significantly lower in the intervention group as compared to the controls (p < 0.001). A significant reduction in score of stress was observed in the intervention group as compared to pre-intervention. Stress score significantly reduced more in the intervention group as compared to the controls (p < 0.001). Conclusion.
