Summary: | Crimes under the evolving era are constantly increasing, and the perpetrators are using digital technology as others use it to serve humanity, and the Internet as a means of development in the modern era. It has become one of the means of crimes committed by using this network. It has become so many, varied, and large-scale with the capacity of this network, that the network has become a target for criminals who are good at using it, or become a means to commit criminal behaviour, including crimes related to money and crimes related to persons, and property-related crimes, including the rights of writings and inventions .... and others in constant multiplicity, as the rapid technological development witnessed by the technical age in which we live. Do we need a legal framework to regulate this network? Are our criminal laws capable of addressing these growing and evolving behaviours on a daily basis? It is substantive, punitive and procedural formal branches. |
