As such, we propose to use a type of interview called interview of explicitation so that researchers can make their competences transferable. Any researcher could, thanks to an explicitation of his practice, find a clearer and more satisfying positioning within the framework of his research activities. Indeed, to ensure research units competitiveness, each researcher’s competences must be identified and valued at best, which facilitates mobility from one project to another.http://journals.openedition.org/sds/2344financing for researchhuman and social sciencestransferability of the competencesproject managementinterview of explicitationreflexive approach |
