Description
Summary:Making the double statement caused by the recent compulsory obligation for researchers in Human and Social Sciences to finance the research by project and the need for researchers (as for other actors of the current society : health, education, business) to develop a reflexive approach to make their competences explicit, we suggest to clarify the benefits of project management methods to research in SHS. As such, we propose to use a type of interview called interview of explicitation so that researchers can make their competences transferable. Any researcher could, thanks to an explicitation of his practice, find a clearer and more satisfying positioning within the framework of his research activities. Indeed, to ensure research units competitiveness, each researcher’s competences must be identified and valued at best, which facilitates mobility from one project to another.
