For the first visit R.O.M at wrist, M.P, P.I.P and D.I.P was measured and evaluated the comfortance level and skin exema. After 4 months follow up the variables was evaluated again. Results: The results showed that the R.O.M of the M.P, P.I.P and D.I.P in both groups, increased.
