By analyzing the characteristics of aircraft digital assembly coordination process planning and personnel capability attributes, the evaluation matrix of planning task and personnel was builded based on fuzzy linguistic variables. Finally, the evaluation matrix was solved to achieve the balanced matching between planning task and personnel.
