Summary: | All praise is due to Allah and peace and blessings be upon our Messenger and upon his descendants and companions.
This research discusses some issues of Imam Ahmad's , God bless him, tradition of sharia' , flab division, . This was conveyed by his closest students Abo Bakar Ahmad bin Muhammad Al-Marrothi. These issues are divided into five chapters:
1. Fidyah (Ransom).
2. Hunting the prohibited and growing the prohibited.
3. Entering Makkah.
4. Hajj rituals.
checked the account of Al-Marrothi on these issues as well as those who agreed with him or disagreed. There is a great merit in this research and a service for the heritage of Imam Ahmad. It presents his own interpretation of Sharia' and his gradual discretion which caused him to back on a fatwa after finding another evidence. This is one reason of why we see many accounts of his sayings and fatwa. |
