This research discusses some issues of Imam Ahmad's , God bless him, tradition of sharia' , flab division, . This was conveyed by his closest students Abo Bakar Ahmad bin Muhammad Al-Marrothi. These issues are divided into five chapters: 1. Fidyah (Ransom). 2. Hunting the prohibited and growing the prohibited. 3. Entering Makkah. 4. Hajj rituals. checked the account of Al-Marrothi on these issues as well as those who agreed with him or disagreed. There is a great merit in this research and a service for the heritage of Imam Ahmad. It presents his own interpretation of Sharia' and his gradual discretion which caused him to back on a fatwa after finding another evidence. This is one reason of why we see many accounts of his sayings and fatwa.
