Strong competition in all the fields, including science and innovation, huge sources of information, challenges of life dictate the rules - prosper the best. It’s a well known fact that the quality of a scientific paper depends on the situation in
the area, technical facilities and specialists’ professionalism. In addition to the ability to conduct investigations, to study thoroughly the processes, phenomena, the researcher must have competent skills of written, analysis and synthesis of scientific results.
This article is going to facilitate the work of the actors involved in the writing of publication, to clarify the stages and issues related to these activities. Delimitation of steps in writing a scientific paper has a particularly important role in improving writing skills and sequencing activities, in efficient researcher’s time organization, in enhancing the quality of published materials.
