The disease is diagnosed by history and clinical examination, and in order to arrive at a final diagnosis and evolve a treatment strategy, color Doppler, MRA and CT angiography are utilized. Case report: A 62 years old farmer presented with a limping gait affecting both limbs, pain in toes and loss of libido of 6 months duration.
