The research was set by doing 2 phases. The first phase educated the present condition, desirable condition public mind of students for schools Kalasin primary educational service area office 1 though the questionnaire by 254 administrators or teachers who response arrangement the moral for students in the academic year 2560. The second phase designed a program developed the teachers for activities arrangement to enhance public mind in students for schools under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office. 1. This phase educated three best practices and assessed the suitability and feasibility by 7 experts. The instruments used for gathering data were a questionnaire, interview form and an assessment form. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were mean, Standard deviation, Percentage, and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified). The research results were as follow: 1. The present condition, desirable condition and how to strengthen public mind of students for schools under Kalasin primary educational service area office 1 revealed that the present condition public mind was at the average level and the desirable condition public mind was at the highest level. Enhancing were 3 steps; 1) learning by doing, 2) activities, and 3) knowledge sharing for building participation, respect, and accountability. 2. A program developed the teachers for activities arrangement to enhance public mind in students for schools under Kalasin primary educational service area office 1: The program consists of 9 parts; 1) background, 2) objectives, 3) aims, 4) times, 5) methodologies, 6) content, 7) orientation activities, 8) tools and techniques and 9) evaluation then the scope of the program was classified to 3 sets. The first was enhanced participation, the second was enhanced respect, and the third was enhanced accountability. For techniques and tools were program materials, work sheets, and assessment forms and the program is assessed by 7 experts showed that it was suitable as a whole at the highest level and was possible as a whole at the high level.http://edu.msu.ac.th/journal/home/journal_file/695.pdfpublic mindparticipationrespectaccountability |
