Description
Summary:The establishment of organization in cultural institutions, as well as in the realization of projects in culture, is a demanding component of management. The aim of every organization, including cultural organizations, is to make an efficient and rational contribution to the accomplishment of its mission. In order to develop an optimal organization it is necessary to adhere to adequate principles and guidelines in organization planning, as well as in the way it continues to operate. The application of principles and guidelines depends, of course, on the specifics of the culture fields in which the organization functions. This is the reason why a universal recipe for good organization in culture does not exist. However, good organization can be half of the work done if the other half consists of the devoted work of all partners involved.
