Finally, the training index system of the safety quality of the maintenance personnel is established, and some suggestions are given for the assessment and improvement of the safety quality of the maintenance personnel.https://www.e3s-conferences.org/articles/e3sconf/pdf/2021/29/e3sconf_eem2021_01050.pdf
