The reasons for optimising the current nomenclature of scientific specialities are analysed as well the goals and objectives are set up for developers in regard to this document. A new design of scientific specialties in law is presented. Attention is drawn to its features, including compactness and avoiding excessive differentiation of scientific branches. |
