Summary:The paper deals with the textual, visual and performative aspects of the “DAP project”, viewed as an “incident” in russian culture. In the light of an event-oriented philosophical and culturological scientific approach, the methodological problems are resolved in favor of a polycentric, “vibratory” view of the author’s work, allowing us to take in consideration the various aspects of the project’s relations toward the questions of authorship and the use of textual, visual, somatic and other “artistic materials”. The pursue for a special kind of distance, separation from the used “artistic materials” and a yearning “not to be identified” inside of them, to remain in the sphere of an (idealistically said) “complete artistic freedom” are by this means discovered as the main goals of the project.
