Summary:The investigation of the mineral substances intake to the body of the residents in six districts of the Odesa region distinct by the conditions of water supply has been done. It has been found that nutrition of the population in these districts differs by the deficiency of main substances and their imbalance. Calcium and magnesium intake with the water exceeds the quota of water factor for these minerals, and sodium, potassium, iron and fluoride intake with drinking water was significantly higher than it was supposed at the stage of the research planning.
