| Summary: | This article discusses the possibilities of using blockchain technology to modernize and improve the operation of work, which provides federal and regional services to citizens. The work of multifunctional centers of the Volgograd region and modernization of services are considered. In the article, the authors paid special attention to the analysis of the principles of developing the information infrastructure of the regional administration. In particular, the experience of building the information infrastructure in the regions of the Russian Federation was examined, the main components of the information infrastructure were identified, the structure of its main elements was examined. The work analyzed the existing problems faced by regions in the construction and implementation of the information infrastructure of the regional government.
