Description
Summary:This work explores the reflection made by different disciplines about creativity in order to answer the question about the link between creativity and Law, mainly in Law education and in second place in Law practice. It is argued that the process to form a lawyer may generate creative lawyers, a necessary quality to approach the challenges to our society and the profession in the immediate future. Fear is the creativity's enemy. Fear must be avoided from instruction. The class environment and the institution environment must be positive and stimulating. The professor should assume the responsibility to show the worth of imagination, curiosity and knowledge in the process of Law's creation and practice.
