The following forms of protest activity were revealed: writing letters to the authorities about the violation of human rights; refusal to participate in election campaigns; printing and distribution of leaflets and prohibited anti-Soviet literature; the nature of the activities and ideological convictions of the few underground organizations. The authors consider the State Security Committee’s methods of struggle against and the content of trials on the anti-Soviet protestants.
