Summary: | <div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p><span>This paper analyzes the characteristics of advice to high school teacher for the realization of their basic teaching duties. </span></p><p><span>We beging to identify current features of this stage as openness to multiple choice and the consequent need of guidance, the increase in enrollment in it, the decline in academic performance, diversification of its students, the increase in disruptive and violent behavior and the introduction of new technologies. </span></p><p><span>It is emphasized that the high school teacher needs advice on a variety of tasks such as planning ac- cording to various perspectives, diverse and cooperative teaching and learning assessment. This advice can be external or internal to the school, can be performed by different professionals and according to different modalities. </span></p><p><span>It is a task of the support and help to optimize your professional intervention and in this sense is con- sidered to constitute a component of teacher training. </span></p><p><span>advice; secondary education; teaching duties; planning; methodology; evaluation. </span></p></div></div></div> |
