It was found that in men with little smoking years after a single smoking of a cigarette, a significant centralization of heart rhythm control, tension in regulatory mechanisms, and a decrease in the adaptive capabilities of cardiohemodynamics were noted. In male smokers with a smoking history of more than 15 years, an initial examination revealed a predominance of sympathetic tone of the autonomic nervous system. It is proposed to take into account the data obtained necessary for making a forecast of the development of cardiodynamic changes in smokers; when planning diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitation measures.https://elibrary.ru/item.asp?id=42805233smokingmenheart rate variability
