However, atypical localisation of the pulmonary fissure is uncommon. Herein is reported a rare case of a female with an asymptomatic lesion in the pulmonary fissure of the left lung, extracted by single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, with a good clinical and radiologic outcome.
