Sexual abuse of animals in Argentina

In the City of Santa Rosa, Province of La Pampa, Argentina, a man was sentenced for sexually abusing a female dog. The result of the veterinary tests and report were fundamental. From the intervention and witnesses and medical specialists could establish the events. Even if sexual penetration of the canine could not be proven, the injuries could be proven. The violation of non-human animals is socially repudiated, but this circumstance is not codified in the Argentine Penal Code. Justice must interpret the law in a global form to not give impunity to the perpetrator of the sexual violation of the canine. Finally, the perpetrator was condemned in the Supreme Court of Justice of Argentina.
