The research will be descriptive and documentary. The economic reforms in Mexico will be documented and described from the 1990s to the present, as well as a quantitative analysis of the types of projects and companies that dominate the PPP´s market in Mexico, data on public indebtedness and qualitative information of the most representative cases of political corruption and labor subcontracting. Among the main findings found is that investments in the public sector through these schemes have gained spaces corresponding to public functions, particularly the State perform.
