This 69-year-old male presented to us with giant, multiple, very slowly progressive, painless, noninflammatory, soft, trans-illuminant, pedunculated lid swellings with a two decade history. There were no other swellings on the body. He was clinically normal on systemic examination except for the immature cataracts in both eyes. The diagnosis was confirmed on histopathology. Simple excision removed all the soft fibromas virtually leaving no scar. A review of literature world-wide using Medline Plus/PubMed revealed this to be the only reported case of multiple giant soft fibromas of the lid.http://www.ijo.in/article.asp?issn=0301-4738;year=2015;volume=63;issue=3;spage=262;epage=264;aulast=JohnIntraocularlymphomaretinavitreous Conjunctivacornealymphomamelanomaocular surfaceocular surface squamous neoplasiatumorBrachytherapychemotherapycryopexyintra ocular tumorsphotocoagulationAnimal uveitis modelcytomegalovirus retinitis animal modelendotoxin-induced uveitisexperimental autoimmune uveitisspontaneoustubercular uveitis animal modelIndiageneticsretinoblastomareviewGlaucomaheavy silicone oillight silicone oilocular hypertensionretinal detachmentstandard silicone oilAdultsblue sclerakeratoglobusmanagementpediatric patientsChoroidhypertensionoptic coherence tomographyChoroidal thicknessenhanced depth imaginghypothyroidismintraocular pressureoptical coherence tomographyA patterndisc foveal angleintorsionsuperior oblique split lengtheningBlind schoolscataractcorneal scarhereditary diseasesocular morbidityprevention of blindnessIntraocular lens dislocationocular traumapseudophacocelesubconjunctival hemorrhageAcrochordonsfibro-epithelial polypsfibromagiant soft fibromaskin tags
