The use of automatic nests for collecting hatching eggs did not affect the intensity of egg production, but contributed to an increase in the yield of hatching eggs due to a decrease in the culled eggs because of egg contamination, breakage, cracked shell and others. A decrease in the number of cleaned eggs among the hatching eggs contributed to an increase in the hatching of chicks and, as a consequence, an increase in the yield of day old chicks per initial layer by 11.9 heads or 8.5%.https://www.e3s-conferences.org/articles/e3sconf/pdf/2020/82/e3sconf_daic2020_03007.pdf |
