Evolution of conceptions about the Quality Assessment of Education: an approach to the definition assumed in Cuba

The article offers an approach to the evolution that has suffered the concept of evaluation of the quality of Education until now, and it evaluates the positions that our country and the Center of Studies of Evaluation of the Quality of Education in Pinar del Río city has assumed.
