Description
Summary:Perovskite solar cells have the advantages of low material cost, simple production process and high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and their development prospects are bright. Carbon materials are used in various components of perovskite solar cells due to their low cost, high electrical conductivity, hydrophobicity and chemical stability to improve battery performance and reduce costs. Based on the dimensionality of the carbon materials used in perovskite solar cells, the zero-dimensional C60, carbon quantum dots and graphene quantum dots, one-dimensional carbon nanotubes, two-dimensional graphene and the application of derivatives, graphyne, and three-dimensional graphite in perovskite solar cells were described in this paper, and it is of great importance for the realization of low-cost commercialization and large-scale manufacturing of perovskite solar cells in the future.
